Cancellation Policy  
Applicants must write in via email to cancel their booking.
Refunds for cancellation will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

By interacting with, submitting information to or signing up for any organized activity offered by Kampong Kapor Methodist Church (“KKMC”), you agree and consent to the use, processing, collection and retention of your personal information by KKMC, its staff or appointed committees for the purposes of the church camp activities of KKMC as shall be deemed necessary or desirable.

Liability 
By submitting this registration form, I/ We agree that all the names listed on this form are physically fit and have not been otherwise advised by a qualified medical practitioner. I/ We will not hold the Church and the Camp Committee liable for any accidents or mishaps that may arise from or during the camp. I/ We will abide and comply with all rules laid down by the Camp Committee.

Your own personal travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Remarks:
a. 2-way coach transfer provided is on 10 June 2026  (Wednesday) and 13 June 2026 (Saturday) only. Pick up & Drop off location will be Church-Hotel-Church. Coach fee is not refundable.

Camp fee includes:
a. Hotel Accommodation for 3-Night stay
b. Meals – 3 breakfast, 3 lunches and 2 dinners will be provided during the camp.


Booking Instructions

General Information

  • Room IC will be the person-in-charge for room key collection on the day of check-in.
  • The booking person (Booking IC) will be the point of contact for all correspondence related to this booking.
  • Please ensure you have the following information before you begin your booking process. FULL NAME (as per passport), DATE OF BIRTH, PASSPORT NUMBER and PASSPORT EXPIRY DATE.
  • All passports must have a minimum validity of 7 months from the travelling date. Campers shall be responsible for any visa application if required.
  • Please ensure that you key in Name as per passport. (Example- LAST NAME: Tan, FIRST NAME: Nelson Xiao Ming) 
  • Superior Room/King Bed = 1 King-sized Bed. Superior Room/Twin Bed = (1 x Queen Bed and 1 x Single Bed)
  • This hotel does not have Extra Bed. 
  • All room types are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis after registration. 
  • Upon completion of the form, please click "Submit" to proceed with the booking.  
  • Upon successful online booking, an email acknowledgment will be sent to the Booking person’s email address provided. 
  • Registration is confirmed only upon full payment.
